The Avalanches and 360 to play X Games Sydney

X Games Sydney

X Games Sydney is just days away, and of course, it's not X Games without a music lineup. Announced this week, X Games Sydney brings two Australian artists to the music stage: The Avalanches (DJ set) on Friday night followed by Australian hip-hop artist 360 on Saturday night. And not only that: Both music performances are free with any X Games Sydney ticket.

Kicking off a DJ set on Friday are the Melbourne-based music collective known as The Avalanches. Formed in 1997, The Avalanches burst onto the scene with the release of the 2000 dance music classic, 'Since I Left You,' and in the time since, has toured the world and released another critically acclaimed album in 2016.

Melbourne-based hip-hop artist 360 revolutionized Australian hip-hop with the release of the multi-platinum 'Falling & Flying,' and released his fourth studio album 'Vintage Modern' just under a year ago. Topical and unfiltered, 360's music engages diverse instrumentals, honest lyrics and contemporary rap sounds.

"The X Games have a such a crazy history and tradition in our culture, so its an honour to be a part of the 2018 games in Sydney! Looking forward to hitting the stage with The Avalanches and putting on a killer show for everyone there," says 360.
