About Doug

Former three-time AMA Pro Motocross champion and X Games SuperMoto gold medalist Doug Henry also raced SnoCross at X Games in 1999 and 2000. A Supermoto crash in 2007 left him paralyzed from the waist down; he has since earned 2 silver (2011, 2015) and 2 bronze (2010, 2014) in SnoCross Adaptive. He has developed his own suspension-based snowmobile seat, which has improved with each X Games appearance, helping him race and jump harder and be more competitive. At 47, the AMA Hall of Fame member and living motocross legend is the oldest competitor scheduled to compete at X Games Aspen 2017.
