About Lisa

Zimmermann is a three-time winner of Nine Queens, the most prestigious women's big air comp and she's the first woman to land a double cork 1260 (Nov. 2012). While Zimmermann has been on the women's freeski scene for years, 2017 is her first appearance in Aspen. At XG Tignes 2013, she was supposed to compete in Slopestyle, but then had to return to Germany early to finish a high school exam. She was alternate in Aspen in 2014. She was on the roster to compete at XG Olso 2016 but then was injured in practice. An XG appearance has been a longtime coming for the German skier who is a favorite in Big Air.
