About Cameron

An accomplished snowboard cross racer from Australia, Cam made the Snowboarder X Final at his first X Games and finished 5th in 2014. He's been competing on the World Cup circuit since 2011, but started hitting the top 10 in 2013. He broke his wrist in a battle for the lead in his semifinal at the 2014 Winter Olympics. After recovering, he put on 9 lbs, which he says is vital in snowboard cross. He also competes in an elite level of Surf Life Saving.

  • Cameron is an X Games Rookie in 2014, where he made the Snowboarder X Final and ultimately finished 5th. He made the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics in halfpipe where he finished 11th. Unfortunately, he broke his right wrist battling for the lead in his semifinal. Cameron is the 2013 Australian National Champion in snowboardcross.
