Australian skateboard prodigy, artist and entrepreneur, X Games rookie Poppy Starr is the second youngest on the SKB Women's Park roster, turning 16 at X Games. She sells jewelry and hand-drawn cards to help support her skateboarding. She turned pro in 2016, just before winning the Vans Combi Bowl event in January. She was the second youngest to win it and the first Australian. A sensation in her home country, the bubbly teenager grew up skating the famed Bondi Beach bowl, has given a TEDx talk (at age 14), works to inspire young kids to resist peer pressure, and is the subject of a documentary currently in production.
