Surfer x Blood -- a company dedicated to organizing events around the surf/skate/music lifestyle and the protection of the world's waves -- held their first annual Wild Things Halloween costume party at the Art Deco-inspired Hollywood Bardot in Los Angeles on Friday, featuring live psychedelic, garage and surf rock along with a host of DJs. Angelenos gathered to show off their costumes, dance and support one of the many grassroots organizations that work to raise awareness about the need to preserve the ocean. Jas James (aka JA$ 1000) of the PAYDAY! Crew -- also a longtime organizer of the Down & Dirty parties at L.A. cabaret/supper club M Bar -- spun a great mix of hip-hop, funk, disco and house all night. Click through and take a walk on the wild side.
