X Games Minneapolis 2018 Music

Kaskade: Kaskade is a multiple-time GRAMMY Award-nominated musician who has been a groundbreaking innovator in the dance music world and a titan in the music industry as a whole. While bridging the gap between old school music purists and a new generation of music lovers, Kaskade marries genres and twists labels to stay true to his roots while pushing the boundaries of what's next. Relentlessly touring the world and playing to millions of people around the globe, Kaskade has been in the trenches for over a decade. His handwriting can be read all over the history of electronic music while his influence maintains an all-time high.

Brother Ali: Over the past 17 years, Brother Ali has earned wide critical acclaim for his deeply personal, socially conscious, and inspiring brand of hip-hop. Under Rhymesayers Entertainment, he's unleashed a series of lauded projects, establishing himself as one of the most respected independent voices in music. The latest chapter in that celebrated journey is "All the Beauty in This Whole Life," a 15-track collection produced entirely by Atmosphere's Anthony "Ant" Davis.

Ice Cube: Actor, writer, producer, director, rapper -- reigning renaissance king could be a good term to describe the one and only Ice Cube. Coming of age in 1980s Los Angeles, Cube was at the forefront of hip-hop's expansion from local sound to global phenomenon. Twenty-seven years after N.W.A - the group Cube co-founded with Dr. Dre, Eazy-E, MC Ren and DJ Yella - released their archetypal gangsta rap masterpiece "Straight Outta Compton" (Ruthless/Priority, 1989), the group's 2016 induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, with an introductory speech by their spiritual heir Kendrick Lamar, is a mark of how far Cube has come. Music fans of a certain vintage will ride hard for Cube, perhaps placing premium preference on his unimpeachable first three solo albums, "Amerikkka's Most Wanted" (1990), "Death Certificate" (1991) and "The Predator" (1992). Others know Cube as the loveable patriarch from such popcorn-friendly fare as "Are We There Yet?" (2005), and as the voice of The Candle Maker in the Golden Globe-nominated animated feature "The Book of Life" (2014). Having sold over 10 million albums as a solo artist, Cube is now back working on his next album, "Everythangs Corrupt."

Zedd: Born in Russia and raised in Germany, Zedd first gained acclaim with the release of his debut album, "Clarity," after signing with Interscope Records in 2012. The album's title track shot to number two on Top 40, nabbed a Grammy Award and sold 2.6 million copies. "True Colors" (2015) debuted at number four on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart, number one on the Dance/Electronic Albums chart, and in the Top 10 in eight countries worldwide. "True Colors" also earned Zedd a 2016 Billboard Music Award for Best Dance Album. In 2016, Zedd teamed up Hailee Steinfeld and Grey on 'Starving,' which broke the top 10 on Top 40 Radio and racked up over 240 million plays on Spotify in just four months. In 2017, Zedd teamed up with Alessia Cara for his single, 'Stay,' and landed his first #1 at Top 40 Radio in the U.S. The certified platinum single garnered over one billion streams, held the top spot at U.S. Top 40 Radio for six consecutive weeks and reached the top 10 on Billboard's Hot 100. Across his discography, Zedd has amassed over five billion streams and sold over 12 million tracks globally.
